We inform you by e-mail. If we have stocks, we will ship it to you within a week. If there is no stock, we need to ask you to wait for about one month or more. You can cancel your order when learning about the delivery schedule. Please order more than one month ahead for the gift purpose on the specific date. |

All Drake Automata are under 3 year warranty from date of purchase.

The following damage is the subject of charged repair even though it occurred during the warranty period.

2. damage caused by misrepair by persons other than Drake Design 3. damage caused by natural disasters |

We are happy to repair our products even after their warranty period expires at an appropriate cost.

All products of Drake Automata have a sticker with product ID on the bottom. This ID is very important information for the future maintenance. Please do not peel it off after purchase.
